| VCP’s investment activities combine the experience and contact network of our Partners with the capabilities of our dedicated professional team to scrutinise and identify investment opportunities. Our objective is to take proprietary equity positions (from minority positions to majority stakes) in undervalued companies that promise a significant increase in value through balance sheet restructurings and growth initiatives. VCP supports the target company's management team in strategic and financial matters. VCP does not operate a dedicated fund but invests own money combined with additional capital from institutional investors and leading private equity houses. We are therefore more selective than the classic private equity investor and participate as either lead or co-investor. Through our advisory and investing activities we have gained in-depth knowledge and experience, which leads to more educated investment decisions going forward. |
